Krithin Pendyala | President

Krithin Pendyala is a sophomore at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology with a passion for engineering, robotics, and innovation. As President of BridgeTheGap, he leads the organization's vision of expanding access to STEM education for students who may not otherwise have opportunities to explore technology. He works closely with the leadership team to develop new initiatives, build community partnerships, and ensure that every program reflects the organization's mission of making robotics and engineering more accessible. Krithin believes that curiosity and hands-on learning can inspire the next generation of problem-solvers and is committed to creating meaningful opportunities for young students to discover their potential.

Yash Sampath | Vice-President

Yash Sampath is a sophomore at Rock Ridge High School with a passion for both business and technology and is particularly interested in exploring how the two intersect to create meaningful impact. As Vice President of BridgeTheGap, he co-leads the organization and works alongside the executive team to help guide the organization's growth, support strategic initiatives, and ensure its programs effectively serve the community. Yash is committed to expanding access to STEM education by providing students with opportunities to explore technology, believing that every child deserves the resources and encouragement to pursue their interests. Outside of BridgeTheGap, he enjoys playing basketball and traveling, experiences that have strengthened his teamwork, leadership, and appreciation for diverse communities.

Amulya Nemani | Director of Communications

Amulya Nemani is a sophomore at Rock Ridge High School with a strong interest in robotics, engineering, and cybersecurity. Her experience competing in VEX Robotics, qualifying for the state championship, and studying AP Computer Science Principles has strengthened both her technical knowledge and passion for STEM. As Director of Communications for BridgeTheGap, Amulya manages the organization's outreach, branding, and public engagement, helping share its mission with schools, families, and community partners. With over a year of tutoring experience, she understands the value of mentorship and believes effective communication can connect more students with opportunities that inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong interest in technology.

Rishik Devireddy | Director of Operations

Rishik Devireddy is a sophomore at Rock Ridge High School with a passion for robotics, engineering, and collaborative problem-solving. Having spent four years competing in VEX Robotics, including competing at the state level, he has developed strong organizational and leadership skills through both competition and teamwork. As Director of Operations, Rishik oversees the planning and coordination of BridgeTheGap's workshops, events, and day-to-day initiatives, ensuring each program runs efficiently and provides students with an engaging learning experience. He is passionate about creating organized, hands-on opportunities that make STEM education both accessible and impactful.

Ujwal Ganesh Reddy | Director of Impact

Ujwal Ganesh Reddy is a sophomore at Rock Ridge High School who is passionate about using technology as a tool to create positive change. As Director of Impact, he focuses on ensuring BridgeTheGap's programs make a meaningful difference for the students and communities they serve. He works to strengthen outreach efforts, evaluate the success of workshops, and help expand opportunities for underserved students to explore robotics and STEM. Ujwal believes that access to quality educational experiences can inspire confidence, spark curiosity, and open doors to future opportunities.
